Once a noble and valiant knight in the service of the Kingdom of Eldoria, Sir Gideon was renowned for his bravery and honor. Clad in shining armor, he was a beacon of hope on the battlefield, leading his men to numerous victories. His life was a testament to duty and valor, until a fateful encounter that changed everything.

During a campaign in the cursed lands of Tharok’s Blight, Gideon’s battalion was ambushed by a horde of undead warriors. In the midst of this chaotic battle, Gideon encountered a dread sorcerer who wielded dark, forbidden magic. The sorcerer, seeing Gideon’s prowess, decided to curse him rather than kill him. Using a vile spell, he bound Gideon’s soul to his armor, transforming him into a vessel of torment and despair.

The curse caused spikes to burst through Gideon’s helmet and armor, symbolizing his eternal pain and suffering. His face was forever concealed behind the metal visor, and his voice became a ghostly echo of his former self. His once noble presence was now a source of fear and dread.

Now known as Gideon the Wretched, he roams the lands, a cursed knight seeking redemption and release from his eternal torment. His armor, once a symbol of honor, is now a prison of endless agony.
